As a Retail HRBP, you will be the strategic partner for Retail teams, supporting managers and teams in all people management processes, with solid business acumen and strong expertise in labor legislation.
What will make you succeed in this role?
- University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP in Retail environments.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and labor relations.
- Ability to interpret collective bargaining agreements and translate recommendations aligned with the business strategy.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Profile with strategic vision, close to the business, and strongly people-oriented.
- English level that allows you to work comfortably in an international environment.
Responsibilities and opportunities
- You will act as a strategic partner for Retail teams, supporting managers and leaders in people-related decision-making.
- You will provide advice on labor legislation, labor relations, and regulatory compliance.
- You will lead the management of complex cases related to performance and labor disputes.
- You will support organizational processes, ensuring legal compliance and the best experience for people.
- You will participate in negotiations, consultations, and projects related to labor relations as needed.
- You will analyze people metrics to identify risks, anticipate needs, and propose improvement actions.
- You will drive talent, development, engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.
- You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and Payroll teams to ensure comprehensive solutions.
- You will ensure proper implementation of corporate policies and People processes across the entire Retail network.
- You will actively contribute to the evolution and transformation of the People area, providing a business-focused, results-oriented perspective.
