We are looking for French-speaking customer service representatives, also proficient in English, to support the BeLux market clientele as part of our MediaMarktSaturn project at Transcom.

What we offer

  • Remuneration: Between €1,718.70 and €2,094.66 gross per month, depending on the chosen hourly volume.
  • Contract: 6-month temporary contract, including a 2-month probationary period, with the possibility of extension based on exceptional performance and project needs.
  • Hourly volume: Several options are available: 32, 34, 36, or 39 hours per week.
  • Training: 10 days of full, paid training, from 09:00 to 17:00. This may take place online or in our Alicante offices, depending on operational needs.

Work model: hybrid or remote work

The work model depends on your place of residence:

  • Less than 50 km from Alicante: You will work according to a hybrid model after completing the 10 days of training.
  • More than 50 km from Alicante: You will work entirely remotely from day one, provided you reside on the Spanish peninsula.

Your daily missions

Within the Transcom family, you will support MediaMarktSaturn customers by telephone and answer their questions regarding products and services. This consists solely of inbound calls, with no commercial prospecting.

Your main missions will be the following:

  • Respond to assistance requests and resolve issues encountered by customers.
  • Use scripts and internal databases to provide accurate and appropriate answers.
  • Guarantee a professional, efficient, and personalized customer experience.
  • Depending on your performance and skills, potentially evolve towards back-office activities, email management, or social media moderation.

Required profile

  • Languages: You are proficient in French at a native or bilingual level and possess at least a C1 level in English and/or German. Proficiency in German is particularly appreciated.
  • Communication: You possess excellent written and oral skills and know how to demonstrate empathy.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy collaboration and adopt a proactive attitude.
  • Technical skills: You are proficient with computer tools and basic office applications.
  • Stress resistance: You are able to analyze and resolve problems calmly and efficiently.

Flexibility and schedules

The service is open according to the following schedules:

  • Monday to Friday: from 08:00 to 20:00
  • Saturday: from 09:00 to 20:00
  • Sunday: from 10:00 to 19:00

You will work according to a rotation system including weekday shifts as well as certain weekends.

On average over the entire duration of your contract, you will work two weekends out of four. During months containing five weekends, you may be required to work up to three weekends. This distribution is not fixed each month and may vary depending on the schedule and operational needs.

Mandatory eligibility criterion

You must reside in Spain and possess the legal right to live and work there from your first day:

  • EU/EEA citizens: valid passport or identity card.
