💡 What you'll be doing day to day:

· Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.

· Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.

· Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.

· Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.

· Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic

tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.

· Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.

· Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Offer:

-Total Annual Base Salary: 22.500

-Yearly Bonus: 2.400

-Agent location: Office Barcelona

-Contract shift: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800

-Language: German native + English
