✔️ Customer service

✔️ Resolving questions, inquiries, incidents, and complaints

✔️ Updating databases

🎯 Contract: temporary with the possibility of extension and the possibility of joining the Contact Center team.

💰 Salary: 10.23 euros gross/hour

📅 Schedule:

• Shifts of 25 hours per week, morning or afternoon, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, or between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Full-time split shift of 39 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (with 1 hour for lunch)

🏆 Extras:

• 8 days of training paid for by the company, starting on September 16, in an IN-PERSON format, where you will learn everything related to the service.

🔹 Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a Contact Center within the last two years

🔹 Proficiency in office tools.

🔹 High school diploma.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

🎯 Contrato: eventual con posibilidades de prórroga y posibilidad de incorporación a la plantilla del Contact Center.

💰 Salario: 10.23 euros brutos/hora

📅 Horario:

• jornadas de 25 horas semanales turno mañana o tarde entre las 8:00 y las 15:00 horas, o entre las 15:00 y las 22:00 horas.
• jornada completa y partida de 39 horas semanales entre las 9:00 y las 20:00 horas ( con 1 hora para comer)

🏆 Extras:

• Formación de 8 días a cargo de la empresa, empezando el 16 de septiembre, en modalidad PRESENCIAL, donde aprenderás todolo relacionado con el servicio.
