What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Making calls to customers who have already requested a quote to advise them and offer them the best proposal for car and motorcycle insurance from this major insurer.
-Cross-selling of life insurance.
- Effective resolution of incidents, queries, and customer questions.
- Handling databases, tools, and applications.
The conditions are:
Important logistics company located in Noblejas needs to hire a Reach Truck and Pallet Jack Operator. Established company in the logistics sector.
-Working hours from MONDAY TO FRIDAY in the afternoon shift from 14:30 to 21:00hs.
- Contact center collective agreement remuneration for a Specialist Teleoperator position at 32.5h/week, which are the contracted hours: €1,190 gross/month plus attractive incentives.
- On-site work at our Madrid center. Address: C/ Alcalá 265. Possibility of hybrid teleworking starting from the 3rd month.
-INITIAL TRAINING lasting 10 days, starting on 26/10 until 10/11 from 09:00 to 15:00hs. Hybrid and paid training with 306 euros once the PP is passed.
-Start date once training is completed on 11/11/2026. (There is no training on 2/11 and 09/11 as they are holidays).
