1. Plan, schedule, evaluate, and monitor the activities that fall under their responsibility and ensure compliance with the defined objectives of quality, deadline, and cost. 
2. Ensure the proper development of asset maintenance activities or projects in economic and operational terms, as well as compliance with defined practices and internal and external regulations. 
3. Define, propose, and elaborate the maintenance plans and scheduling for facilities, as well as carry out their monitoring, as well as monitor reported incidents, proposing new solutions when appropriate. 
4. Support the preparation of offers and tenders, providing expertise in their field to the design, engineering, and construction area from the perspective of asset maintainability. 
5. Perform administrative monitoring within the scope of their competencies
