Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Direct hiring by the company, initially for 6 months + subsequent permanent incorporation.

💰 Salary: €18,707.27 gross/year, according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement.

📅 Working day: Full-time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

🕒 Schedule: Split shift from 10:00 to 19:00, with one hour of rest.

📚 Initial training: It will be necessary to attend a week of training with the client in Madrid, along with the rest of the structural staff. Expenses will be covered by the company. Training from 16/11/2026 to 20/11/2026.

We are looking for a CONTACT CENTER Trainer (M/F/X) with B2 level Catalan to join an important project in Barcelona city.

Do you have experience as a trainer in a Contact Center and leadership skills? Do you master Catalan? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking to hire a professional to train customer service agent teams, guarantee the fulfillment of service objectives, and ensure the quality of service, accompanying and motivating the team in their daily development.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Guarantee compliance with the work methodology and provide support in project management.

✔️ Supervise the onboarding and welcome phase for new agents.

✔️ Design and delivery of initial and continuous training for Contact Center agents.

✔️ Perform agent monitoring to evaluate and follow up on quality.

✔️ Motivate, accompany, and offer continuous support to the team.

✔️ Training on products, services, customer service protocols, and IT tools.

✔️ Detect training needs and train agents in campaign procedures, tools, and scripts.

✔️ Conducting role plays, simulations, and knowledge assessments.

✔️ Coordination with operations and quality teams to improve performance and customer service.
