What we're looking for

You hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering or Degree and University Master's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Channels and Ports, or Industrial Engineering (MECES 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
Type B driving license, valid and in force in Spain (Attach).
From 1 month to 3 years of experience in the management of technical and economic feasibility studies (Accredit and specify in CV)
From 1 month to 3 years of experience in construction planning, programming, and management (Accredit and specify in CV)
From 1 month to 3 years of experience in procurement management and Health and Safety on site (Accredit and specify in CV)

Nice to have

Accredited basic level training in Occupational Risk Prevention (60 hours). (Accredit and specify in CV)
Accredited training or experience in the use of Presto. (Accredit and specify in CV)
Accredited training or experience in the use of AutoCAD. (Accredit and specify in CV)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Architect, Engineer or Degree + Master's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Channels and Ports, or Industrial Engineering - Works in Melilla

What you'll do

Management of technical and economic feasibility studies.
Planning, Programming, and Works Management.
Support in the management of Health and Safety on site, including the preparation of Safety Plans.
Contracting management and definition of necessary resources (own, third-party, supplies).
Works quality management.

How you'll work

Melilla
Address: Calle Marqués de los Vélez 19, Local 2. 52006 Melilla
Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 7 months, extendable, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
