About the position

Do you have experience as an assistant manager in the food industry, performing staff management functions on a production line, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Salvatierra.

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Ensure the proper functioning of the logistics and procurement area.

✔️ Develop production and assembly lines for new products.

✔️ Plan and organize the corresponding maintenance for the manufacturing processes.

✔️ Manage employees for productivity and quality.

✔️ Manage team training in good manufacturing practices and production processes.

✔️ Produce periodic reports on production performance and indicator analysis.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Initially via temporary employment agency (ETT) with the possibility of subsequent incorporation into the company.

💰 Salary: €24,000 gross per year. Official category 2nd.

📅 Schedule: You will start on the morning shift for one month, but the shift will be a fixed afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

¿Tienes experiencia como subencargado, en industria de alimentación, para realizar funciones de subencargado de plantilla en una línea de producción o te gustaría dar el salto a este sector? ¡Esta puede ser tu oportunidad! Estamos buscando a personas con ganas de trabajar en Salvatierra.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️ Garantizar que exista un buen funcionamiento del área de logística y aprovisionamiento.

✔️ Desarrollar las líneas de producción y montaje para los nuevos productos.

✔️ Planificar y organizar los mantenimientos correspondientes para los procesos de fabricación.

✔️ Gestionar a los empleados para la productividad y la calidad.

✔️ Gestionar la capacitación del equipo en buenas prácticas de manufactura y procesos productivos.

✔️ Realizar reportes periódicos de desempeño productivo y análisis de indicadores.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Inicialmente por ETT y posibilidad de posterior incorporación a empresa.

💰 Salario: 24.000€ brutos anuales. Categoría oficial de 2ª.

📅 Horario: Comenzarás en turno de mañana durante un mes pero el turno será fijo de tarde de 14:30h a 22:30h.
