What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Initially through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of later joining the company directly.

💰 Salary: €24,000 gross per year. First-class skilled tradesperson category.

📅 Schedule: You will start on the morning shift for one month, but the shift will then be fixed as the afternoon shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

📢 We Are Hiring! We are looking for an ASSISTANT FOREMAN (M/F/X) for a food company in SALVATERRA DE MIÑO 📢

Do you have experience as an assistant foreman in the food industry, carrying out assistant foreman duties for a production line team, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Salvatierra.

What you'll do

✔️ Ensure the smooth operation of the logistics and supply area.

✔️ Develop production and assembly lines for new products.

✔️ Plan and organize the corresponding maintenance for manufacturing processes.

✔️ Manage employees to ensure productivity and quality.

✔️ Manage team training in good manufacturing practices and production processes.

✔️ Prepare periodic reports on production performance and analysis of indicators.
