Pay & benefits

What you'll get

💼 Initial contract of 3 months through a temporary agency (ETT), with subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff via indefinite contract.

💰 Salary between €17,000 and €25,000 gross per year, depending on experience provided, with salary reviews based on the achievement of objectives.

📅 Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

🕒 Schedule adaptable according to scheduled audits: there will be weeks of 5 days of 8 hours and others of 4 days of 10 hours, depending on the delivery routes to be supervised.

📍 Position based in Silleda, combining office work with travel to evaluate and audit delivery drivers' routes.

📢 We Are Looking for You! We are hiring for the position of OPERATIONAL CONTROL AND LOGISTICS AUDIT TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) in Silleda. 📢

Do you have experience in logistics, transport, distribution, or operations control, and are you interested in process optimization? This could be your opportunity!

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented person to join the operations team. Their mission will be to supervise the efficiency of delivery routes, control compliance with established procedures, and drive continuous improvement, combining data analysis with direct supervision of field operations.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Perform daily monitoring and analysis of delivery routes using control and management tools.

✔️ Compare planned times with actual execution times and identify possible deviations.

✔️ Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, punctuality, efficiency, and service quality.

✔️ Prepare monitoring reports and propose corrective actions to improve results.

✔️ Maintain direct contact with delivery drivers to resolve incidents and improve daily operations.

✔️ Collaborate in the planning and optimization of delivery routes.

✔️ Perform field audits by accompanying delivery drivers during their routes.

✔️ Verify compliance with delivery protocols and goods handling procedures.

✔️ Detect opportunities for improvement in work methods and monitor corrective actions.
