What you'll get

💼 Initial 3-month contract, + extension + with the possibility of joining the company permanently.

💰 Salary of €1,485.25 gross per month in 12 payments, negotiable based on merit and experience.

📢 We are looking for you! Nutrition Technician (M/F/X) in Silleda 📢

We are hiring for the position of Nutrition Technician to work in the field of collective catering and school cafeterias in the Silleda area.

If you have training in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, experience in organized catering, and are interested in contributing to healthy, balanced, and safe nutrition, this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

✔️ Planning and supervision of balanced menus, adapted to the nutritional needs of school cafeterias.

✔️ Review and validation of technical data sheets, allergens, and special diets.

✔️ Supervision of compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

✔️ Carrying out nutritional controls and collaborating in internal quality audits.

✔️ Advising the kitchen team on nutrition, allergens, and good food handling practices.

✔️ Management and monitoring of incidents related to food, proposing improvements when necessary.

✔️ Collaboration with different departments to ensure compliance with current regulations.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Required training: Degree or Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Vocational Training (FP1 and FP2) in Dietetics and Nutrition.

🔹 Minimum experience: 1 year in similar positions, preferably in collective catering, school cafeterias, or organized catering.

🔹 Responsible, organized person committed to nutritional quality and food safety.

🔹 Ability to coordinate and work in a team.

🔹 Driver's license and own vehicle.
