📢 We Are Hiring! We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F) AFTER-SALES SERVICE INSURANCE / FINANCIAL WITH CATALAN + ENGLISH in Madrid. 📢
Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR (M/F) AFTER-SALES SERVICE INSURANCE / FINANCIAL WITH CATALAN + ENGLISH or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking
What you'll do
✔️ Back office support.
✔️ Multichannel customer service (voice and emails).
✔️ Handling requests and resolving inquiries.
✔️ Systems management (policy operations, modifications, etc.)
How you'll work
📅 Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (possibility of extending working hours based on performance). Shifts from 8
What are we looking for?
🔹 Previous experience in customer service and systems management. Highly valued in the insurance/financial sector and in the call center environment.
🔹 Valued insurance certification level 3: recommended but not mandatory.
🔹 Good oral and written communication skills, with a professional attitude.
🔹 Ability to manage clients with professionalism and empathy.
🔹 Proficiency in office software and fast typing skills.
