📢 We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) COMMERCIAL EL CORTE INGLES INSURANCE 40H in SEVILLE! 📢

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 payments (2 extra payments): For the first 6 months, €1,160 gross/month base salary + €388 gross/month guaranteed commissions + UNLIMITED commissions. After 6 months, the base salary remains the same, and commissions are UNLIMITED, generated by your sales. Average commissions: €600-€1,000. 🔹 Receiving and making calls for the telephone sale of insurance for goods purchased at El Corte Inglés (mobile phones, electronics, appliances…), performing cross-selling of personal insurance (accident, life and/or funeral) and collecting expiration dates for other insurance: motor, home, health… 

What we are looking for

🔹 Minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone sales

🔹 Experience in insurance sales is desirable.

🔹 Communication skills, customer service orientation, and sales goals. Willingness to learn, grow, and a positive attitude.

🔹 You must enjoy working in a 100% commercial position.

🔹Previous experience as a teleoperator.

🔹6 months of sales experience, either in-person or by phone, but it is an essential requirement.
