Telemarketing Agent (M/F/X) El Corte Ingles Insurance 40h

🎯 Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.

💰 Salary: 14 payments (2 extra payments): For the first 6 months, €1,160 gross/month base salary + €388 gross/month guaranteed commissions + UNLIMITED commissions. After 6 months, the base salary remains the same, and commissions are UNLIMITED, generated by your sales. Average commissions: €600-€1,000. Plus one of the best incentive systems on the market (weekly, monthly, and campaigns per product sales). Commissions are always UNLIMITED.

📢 We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) COMMERCIAL EL CORTE INGLES INSURANCE 40H in SEVILLE! 📢

Do you have experience as a commercial teleoperator? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people with commercial experience who want to grow in a great team.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis

🔹 Receiving and making calls for the telephone sale of insurance for goods purchased at El Corte Inglés (mobile phones, electronics, appliances…), performing cross-selling of personal insurance (accident, life and/or funeral) and collecting expiration dates for other insurance: motor, home, health… 

📅 Schedule: 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday: Mondays from 11:40 to 21:00 h, Tuesdays from 11:45 to 21:00 h, Wednesdays from 12:00 to 21:00 h, Thursdays from 12:00 to 21:00 h and Fridays from 15:00 to 21:00 h, with a 1-hour lunch break from Monday to Thursday, from 14:00 to 15:00 hours.

🔹 Communication skills, customer service orientation, and sales goals. Willingness to learn, grow, and a positive attitude.
