- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience performing similar functions.
- Advanced level of Excel and regular use of Microsoft Office tools.

- Capacity for organization, analysis, and attention to detail.
- Orientation towards teamwork.
- Availability to start.

The role

We are looking to hire an Operating Expenses Accounting Technician to join the finance area of TÜV SÜD Spain. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct recording, control, and monitoring of the company's operating expenses, contributing to the reliability of financial information and compliance with established accounting procedures.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities
- Recording and accounting of supplier invoices and payments (travel agencies, renting companies, office suppliers, cleaning, utilities, etc.).
- Recording and accounting of local taxes and fees.
- Intercompany invoicing and re-invoicing of expenses between Group companies.
- Management and accounting of monthly periodic entries for the Taxes & OPEX area.
- Control and monitoring of accounting provisions related to personnel expenses.
- Monitoring and accounting of invoices pending receipt and issuance, especially in intercompany operations.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure the correct management and reconciliation of financial information.
