We are looking for a Junior Lawyer in Commercial and Corporate Law to join the Legal Department of the UAX Group. The selected person will be part of the internal legal team, providing legal support to the various companies and corporate areas of the Group, with a special focus on commercial and corporate matters and the daily management of legal affairs specific to the area.

• Advise on the drafting, review, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements, etc., promoted by the various areas and departments of the group.
• Manage the corporate activity of the companies that make up the group. Supervise and guarantee compliance with corporate obligations (formulation and approval of annual accounts, legalization of corporate books, etc.). Preparation and management of documentation relating to corporate bodies, as well as the management and control of powers of attorney.
• Corporate reorganization operations (capital increases, mergers, spin-offs, etc.).
• Provide legal support in M&A processes (due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, etc.)
