- Extensive experience in lead acquisition in both paid media and organic channels (SEO and visibility in AI engines).

- Knowledge of the acquisition technology stack: advertising platforms, CRM, marketing automation, data, and audience management.
- Experience in budget control and reporting to management committees.
- Experience leading transversal projects with MarTech, data, or technology teams, and coordinating agencies and providers.
- Ability to influence without hierarchical authority and to coordinate senior profiles.
- Upper-intermediate B2 English.
Nice to have
- Experience in acquisition within higher education or other sectors with long decision cycles.
- Experience with Salesforce or other industry-standard CRMs.
- Experience in advertising investment automation and AI use cases applied to marketing.
The role
We are looking for an Acquisition Project Coordinator to drive innovation and efficiency within the area to capture more quality leads with the same investment. This is a Manager-level position, reporting directly to the Group's Acquisition Director.
You will work transversally with the heads of Paid Media and SEO/GEO, acting as a consultant between both channels. You will not manage a single channel: you will lead the projects that connect them and make them more efficient, from advertising investment automation to audience activation with the data team.
Additionally, you will support the Acquisition Director in the planning and monitoring of the area.
What you'll do
Responsibilities: innovation and automation
- Lead the area's innovation roadmap: identify, prioritize, and execute projects that improve lead cost and quality.
- Drive advertising investment automation: bidding and budget rules, value-based bidding strategies, and reallocation of investment between campaigns and channels based on performance.
- Feed business signals into advertising platforms (offline conversions, lead quality, enrollment) so they optimize toward enrollment and not just lead volume.
- Evaluate and pilot new tools, formats, and AI uses applied to acquisition, using controlled tests and clear criteria for scaling or discarding.
- Design and govern the area's testing plan: hypotheses, methodology, reading results, and documentation of learnings.
- Systematize repetitive team processes (reporting, investment control, alerts) to free up time for analysis and optimization.
Responsibilities: efficiency between channels and audiences
- Lead joint projects between Paid Media and SEO/GEO: cannibalization between paid and organic search, keyword coverage, and budget allocation based on organic and AI engine visibility.
- Build a unified vision of acquisition performance by channel, program, and funnel stage, to decide where to invest and where to save.
- Act as the area's link with the analytics, data, and CRM teams: define needs, prioritize requests, and ensure that projects are activated.
- Manage the advertising audience strategy: segmentation based on first-party
- data, exclusions of leads and enrolled students, remarketing, and lookalike audiences,
- always within the privacy and consent framework.
- Ensure the quality of the measurement used by the channels (tagging, conversions,
- attribution) alongside the analytics team.
- Provide channel managers with actionable analysis and recommendations, acting as a
- consultant rather than an additional layer of approval.
Responsibilities: liaison with other departments and transversal coordination
- Act as the link between Acquisition and MarTech to make acquisition more efficient across all channels: prioritize joint projects (data, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and CRO), ensure they are activated, and measure their impact on lead cost and quality.
- Manage all acquisition projects that require working with the MarTech team, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or digital analytics optimization, from the definition of needs to the application of conclusions to investment.
- Coordinate the area's transversal agencies and providers: objectives, monitoring, service evaluation, and alignment between them.
- Prepare and present acquisition reporting to the executive committee: results, investment efficiency, and recommendations.
- Act as a liaison with other areas of the group (Product, Sales, Brand) to detect and implement synergies.
- Perform budget monitoring and control for the Acquisition department based on business objectives and the group's efficiency KPIs.
- Assume coordination of the area during periods of absence of the Acquisition Director.
