At UCAM, we are looking to hire a Concierge Service Bedel to reinforce the attention and correct functioning of our university buildings, guaranteeing an optimal service to the entire university community.

Your role will be key to creating a welcoming, functional, and well-organized environment within the campus.

- Opening and closing of facilities and classrooms, including access control, turning off lights, and climate control.

- Assistance and information for students, staff, and visitors.

- Distribution and collection of teaching materials, remotes, and audiovisual equipment, with basic IT support.

- Supervision and basic maintenance of facilities, reporting breakdowns or defects and following up on them.

- Logistic and operational support in the use of classrooms and buildings.

- Special preparation of classrooms and buildings for teaching activities and events (moving of materials).
