What we're looking for
We are looking for a person eager to learn, with creativity and motivation to develop professionally in the field of digital design and marketing.
- Training in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, or related studies.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Figma, or others similar.
- Interest in digital design, social media, and content creation.
- Knowledge or interest in the use of generative AI applied to design and marketing.
- Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
- Interest in staying up to date with new digital trends and tools.
- Advanced level of English.
- It will be essential to provide a portfolio or examples of work completed.
Nice to have
- We will value knowledge of copywriting and content creation for social media.

At UCAM Universidad, we are looking to hire a creative, restless person who is passionate about digital design and marketing to join our team and participate in real digital communication and marketing projects.
If you are starting your professional career and want to put your knowledge into practice, learn from a professional team, and develop a portfolio with real projects, this opportunity could be for you!
What you'll do
You will be part of the Multimedia team, collaborating on the development of different digital and creative projects, including:
- Design of graphic pieces and content for digital campaigns and social media.
- Creation and adaptation of content for different digital formats and channels.
- Support in the development of advertising campaigns on social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Participation in the planning and preparation of photography and video sessions together with the audiovisual team.
- Editing and assembly of audiovisual content.
- Adaptation of creatives to the digital environment and different platforms.
- Support in content creation using generative AI tools.
- Collaboration on branding, communication, and marketing projects for the University.
- Contribution of new ideas and trends to improve the visual and digital impact of our campaigns.
