Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- A permanent contract in Murcia at a university in full international expansion.

- Direct, regular contact with senior management, with an international project in full deployment.

- A blank-page mandate: you design the system.

- One or two trips to India per year.

The role

UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia) operates campuses in Mumbai and Bangalore in partnership with JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). Students there earn dual European and Indian credentials in high-performance sport, artificial intelligence, robotics and big data.

We're looking for an analyst to join our Institutional Relations team in Murcia and design the commercial control and market intelligence system for this operation. This isn't routine reporting. Your work will be the basis for senior management's decisions on pricing, programme portfolio and recruitment channels.

What you'll do

Design and run a weekly dashboard for both campuses, covering the full funnel from lead capture to collected enrolment.

Audit the data coming from India: detect duplicates, attribution errors and gaps between declared and paid enrolments.

Analyse the Indian market, including competitor fees, willingness to pay, channel performance and portfolio opportunities.

Prepare the weekly business review for senior management and periodic reports for the University's governing bodies.

Work as the operational counterpart to our marketing and admissions teams in India.
