The role
The Compliance Specialist supports the Global Compliance team in the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the global Compliance Program, with a primary focus on compliance training, policies and procedures, communications, and other operational activities.
The role coordinates practical and consistent implementation across countries, maintains high-quality programme documentation and data, and helps translate compliance requirements into clear, business-

- Deliver compliance training directly to employees and leadership teams in virtual and in-person formats, and coordinate additional training delivery with country leadership and relevant functions, including scheduling sessions and managing invitations.
- Administer training through the relevant learning platforms, maintain completion records, follow up on overdue assignments, and prepare completion reports and dashboards.
- Support broader ethics and compliance awareness campaigns, leadership communications, and
Speak Up culture initiatives.
- Maintain the training matrix mapping mandatory curricula to roles, countries and risk exposure, and produce completion dashboards for the Global Head of Compliance and for periodic Board reporting.
- Coordinate the policy lifecycle, including drafting support, stakeholder consultation, review, approval, translation, publication, communication, implementation, and periodic updates.
- Maintain the Compliance policy inventory, review calendar, version control, approval records, and evidence of communication and implementation.
- Support the day-to-day administration and operational rollout of key Compliance Program elements, including anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, interactions with healthcare professionals and organisations, third-party compliance, competition law, and Speak Up.
- Support the Group's transparency reporting programme relating to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), including coordination with local markets, data collection, reconciliation activities, and support for disclosure and publication requirements, in line with applicable laws, industry codes, and internal policies.
- Support risk assessments, monitoring activities, and remediation tracking by collecting information, maintaining documentation, and following up on agreed actions.
- Assist with the operational administration of third-party due diligence and other compliance controls, in accordance with established processes and escalation criteria.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the case management system - intake logging, status tracking, closure records and KPI reporting - under the supervision of the Head of Investigations & Compliance Programme, with no involvement in the substance of individual cases.
- Support the preparation and coordination of Compliance governance meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, and action tracking.
- Draft concise, audience-appropriate compliance communications, implementation updates, and leadership messages.
- Prepare and maintain the compliance KPI and metrics pack, drawing on training, third-party and monitoring data, to support periodic Board and Executive Leadership Team reporting.
- Act as a reliable operational point of contact for global functions and country teams on training, policy, and program implementation matters.
- Coordinate deliverables and follow-up across multiple workstreams, jurisdictions, languages, and stakeholder groups.
- Support Compliance projects and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying practical ways to simplify processes and strengthen execution.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible leadership through all activities and interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines reliably.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements into clear, practical materials.

- Collaborative and service-oriented, with the confidence to work across functions, countries, and levels of seniority.
- Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
