What we're looking for

Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in administration or similar.
Experience of at least two years in administrative and customer service roles.
French level C1 is essential. A high level of English is highly valued.

Knowledge of CRM-Salesforce (Service Cloud and communities) and CTI Genesys. (Desirable)

The role

At Universidad Europea de Madrid, we are looking for our Villaviciosa de Odón campus, a Consolidation and Enrollment Advisor to cover maternity leave, whose mission will be to establish the post-sales connection with students and process all the documentation necessary for the correct enrollment of students, bringing them closer to life at Universidad Europea before the start of their classes.

What you'll do

Data entry and collection of supporting documentation necessary for the timely and proper completion of enrollment.
Provide personalized attention to students throughout all phases of the enrollment process.
Student follow-up to offer support and collect the necessary documentation.
Interdepartmental coordination: collaborate with the Student Services team and the Academic Registry.
