At Universidad Europea we are looking for an Online Tutor to join our great team of Tutors during the autumn 2026 campaign, whose mission will be to guide and advise students enrolled in online degrees.

What you'll do

  • Be the point of connection between the student and the university.

  • Closely monitor the student's progress throughout their entire course of study, keeping in mind that the academic part is the responsibility of the teachers.

  • Provide guidance on all those administrative procedures that the student may need to complete.

  • Tutoring and proactive telephone follow-up with all your students on a periodic basis from the formalization of their enrollment.

  • Detect risk of dropout among your students.

  • Development of action plans for student retention.

  • Supervise the correct progress of the studies.

  • Participate in the design of the project's improvement plans, contributing to continuous development.

  • Cross-selling of other degrees.

How will you carry it out?

What we're looking for

  • Academic qualification: completed university studies
  • Previous experience: at least 2 years of experience as a Tutor, advising and student service, customer service, or similar. Experience in the education sector will be positively valued.
  • Office tools: Microsoft Office suite, intermediate-advanced level.
  • Languages: native level Spanish and B2 level English. Other additional languages such as French will be positively valued.
  • Profile: student-oriented person, empathetic, with good communication skills, with high document management capacity and with knowledge in e-Learning platform management.
