At Universidad Europea de Madrid, we are looking for an Exam Venue Management Technician whose main mission will be to coordinate and organize the venues where in-person exams are held across different locations in Spain.
What you'll do
- Organize all logistical aspects of the online program assessment Project
- Execute according to the assessment date planning (exams and final degree and master's projects) based on the launched programs and their dates, maximizing project resources
- Review and update of protocols relating to the project.
Coordinate with faculties: needs of each assessment, submission of exams by teachers, adaptation of exam typology according to protocols, etc. - Definition and centralization of communications to teachers and students, based on the organization of each assessment date and the needs
- Organize and coordinate the venues where assessments will take place (external and internal): Booking of dates, availability of necessary resources, adaptation of spaces, financial management, etc.
- Definition and control of support teams (technical support, supervisors, etc.).
- Management of options for students in case of overlaps or justified situations.
- Guarantee the correct execution of assessment days, complying with established regulations. (student identification, attendance control, custody of exams, etc.)
- Optimization of allocated budget, dates, and resources
- Preparation of reports, evaluation and assessment of actions performed, and proposals for improvement
- Collaborate in projects for opening new owned or external venues
- Coordinate with other possible temporary venues for conducting exams (embassies, institutes, etc.)
