Internship in the Methods-Processes Area

Valeo is looking for a dedicated person to join our Methods and Processes team at the Zaragoza plant. This internship will give you the opportunity to learn about the efficiency of production processes.

You will support the team with the following tasks:

- Preparation of  Industrial DAIS.

- Provisional assessments of production capacity.

- Develop the improvement actions included in the PLAN -30.

- Assess the prevention investments for the issues that affect you.

- Carry out the actions of the safety, hygiene, and ergonomics PDCA cycles in your area of influence.

- Collaborate with the UAP methods safety coordinator so that they have the necessary information for the weekly follow-up meetings.

- You will be the Environmental Coordinator, responsible for carrying out the operational control activities corresponding to your role (internal waste management coordination) and for reporting to the Plant Environmental Manager any environmental modifications or malfunctions related to that role.

To be selected for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:
- Final-year student of a degree/master's related to Engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good level of English, B2 recommended.

- Paid full-time internship at one of the leading suppliers in the automotive sector.

- You will join a team of professionals who are highly willing to train interns.

- Availability for immediate start.

Valeo busca persona dedicada para unirse a nuestro equipo de Métodos y Procesos en la planta de Zaragoza. Estas prácticas te brindarán la oportunidad de aprender sobre la eficiencia de los procesos de producción.

Darás soporte al equipo con las siguientes tareas:

- Elaboración de  DAIS  Industriales.

- Evaluaciones provisionales de capacidad de producción.

- Desarrollar las acciones de mejora incluidas en el PLAN -30.

- Valorar las inversiones de prevención de los temas que le afecten

- Realizar las acciones de los PDCA's de seguridad, higiene y ergonomía de su área de influencia

- Colaborar con el coordinador de seguridad de métodos de la UAP para que disponga de la información necesaria para las reuniones de seguimiento semanal.

- Será Coordinador Medioambiental como responsable de realizar las actividades del control operacional correspondientes a su función (coordinación de gestión interna de residuos) y de informar al Responsable  Medioambiental de la Planta de todas las modificaciones o disfuncionamientos medioambientales de dicha función.

Para poder ser seleccionado para estas prácticas, debe cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Estudiante de último año de una carrera/ máster relacionado Ingeniería.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Buen nivel de inglés, recomendado B2.

- Beca remunerada a jornada completa en uno de los principales proveedores del sector de la automoción.

-Te integrarás junto a un equipo de profesionales, con alta predisposición para formar a las personas en prácticas.

-Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata.
