🌍 At Valeo, we are developing the technologies that are transforming mobility. Our Martos plant is one of the largest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group, dedicated to the development and manufacturing of lighting and electronic products, with a workforce of nearly 2,600 employees.

At Valeo Martos, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D team.

Your responsibilities:

🚗 Lead End-to-End P1 Automotive Projects: Drive OEM/OES component or system developments from scope to production preparation, managing timelines, P2 dependencies, and multidisciplinary team members (PTMs) while ensuring strict alignment with Valeo quality and HSE standards.

📈 Control Finances & Project Governance: Manage project budgets, apply Design to Cost, and process CAA/IAR approvals to secure profitability (Extended Margin & Payback), presenting key milestones and risks directly to executive committees (PSC/PMC).

🤝 Manage Customer Relations & Scope Changes: Serve as the main interface for local and central OEM clients, leading progress communications, concept competitions, and project change management while escalating critical roadblocks swiftly.

Requirements:
- Engineering Degree
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Financial skills about product cost structure, payback...

- Product Development process knowledge and practice (5/7 years)
- Previous experience in other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, Purchasing)
- On-site position
