Industrial Test Engineer

Valeo Martos is looking for an End-of-Line Testing and Industrialization Engineer (Industrial Test Engineer) to join our team within our electronic manufacturing plant 🎯.

• Design test specifications, programs, and systems (EOLT, hardware, and software) to evaluate electrical and programming functionality.

• Develop, improve, and review functional tester software, collaborating with R&D and Validation to ensure maximum coverage.

• Analyze regulations, customer requirements, and internal specifications to define test plans and participate in FMEA (FMEA).

• Diagnose test failures, support technicians on a day-to-day basis, and define corrective actions to reduce defects (TLR).

• Define and integrate test equipment into manufacturing cells, ensuring a smooth transition to series production.

• Evaluate capabilities, cycle times, and investments (CAA) to reduce production, material, and labor costs.

• Validate and promote Valeo industrial standards (PG RAISE, CdC) in new equipment and investments.

🤝 Let's talk about you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar).

• Hardware interpretation: Strong, demonstrable ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical manuals.

• Hands-on experience: Proficiency in the electronics laboratory, with fluent handling of instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers).

• Programming knowledge: Basic/intermediate level in programming languages (C, C++, C#, Python, LabVIEW, or similar) applied to test environments.

• Cross-functional skills: Analytical and problem-solving ability under pressure, project management, and preparation of technical specifications.

• English level B2/C1

• Geographic mobility (on-site position)

Valeo Martos busca un/a Ingeniero de Pruebas de Fin de Línea e Industrialización (Testing Industrial Engineer) para unirse a nuestro equipo dentro de nuestra planta de manufactura electrónica 🎯.

• Diseñar especificaciones, programas y sistemas de prueba (EOLT, hardware y software) para evaluar la funcionalidad eléctrica y de programación.

• Desarrollar, mejorar y revisar el software de probadores funcionales, colaborando con I+D y Validación para asegurar la máxima cobertura.

• Analizar normativas, requisitos de clientes y especificaciones internas para definir planes de prueba y participar en AMFE (FMEA).

• Diagnosticar fallos en pruebas, apoyar a los técnicos en el día a día y definir acciones correctivas para reducir defectos (TLR).

• Definir e integrar equipos de prueba en células de fabricación, asegurando una transición fluida a la producción en serie.

• Evaluar capacidades, tiempos de ciclo e inversiones (CAA) para reducir costes de producción, material y mano de obra.

• Validar y promover los estándares industriales de Valeo (PG RAISE, CdC) en nuevos equipos e inversiones.

🤝 Hablemos de ti

• Grado o Máster en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o similar).

• Interpretación de hardware: Capacidad sólida y demostrable para leer e interpretar esquemas electrónicos y manuales técnicos.

• Experiencia práctica: Destreza en laboratorio de electrónica, conociendo el manejo de instrumentación de forma fluída (osciloscopios, multímetros, analizadores)

• Conocimientos de Programación: Nivel básico/intermedio en lenguajes de programación (C, C++, C#, Python, LabVIEW o similares) aplicados a entornos de pruebas.

• Competencias transversales: Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas bajo presión, gestión de proyectos y elaboración de cuadernos de cargas.

• Nivel Inglés B2/C1

• Movilidad geográfica (posición on-site)
