The role
From the Serveo Support Division, we are looking for a student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar for the Data Analysis and Operational Efficiency Internship in Madrid. There, they will collaborate on operations optimization projects carried out across different business areas, performing a comprehensive analysis of the situation to identify and implement improvements in operational processes and service management, focusing on improving the profitability of all business areas (HR, economic-financial, innovation...).
What you'll do
Your new role will consist of:
- Driving continuous improvement, actively participating in operational efficiency projects that generate impact within the organization.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement solutions that optimize company processes.
- Developing operational management models, integrating organization, processes, and information systems.
- Designing and maintaining dashboards, facilitating the monitoring of indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Proposing and implementing improvement actions, based on evidence and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Supporting the implementation of Lean-Six Sigma methodologies and contributing to the maintenance of the Lean ISO 18404 certification at Serveo.
