We are looking for a Process Technician to join an important Tier 1 in the automotive sector.

• Provide technical support in plant during the launch phases of new projects.
• Participate in process validation activities, try-outs, pre-series, and Run@Rate.
• Detect, analyze, and report incidents or process deviations during commissioning.
• Manage and follow up on open points alongside the various departments involved.
• Coordinate technical actions to guarantee compliance with project milestones.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Project teams.
• Verify the correct implementation and standardization of production processes.
• Follow up on industrial tests and customer approvals.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation associated with PPAP and validation processes.
• Act as a liaison between the plant and the project management team to ensure fluid and effective communication.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of stamping and welding processes.

Provide technical support to the project team during the industrialization, validation, and approval phases of new products and production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and customer requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive environments.
• Knowledge of stamping processes and/or welding.
• Experience participating in product industrialization, validations, and launches.
• Knowledge of Siemens PLC for diagnostics and incident support.
• Good communication skills and results orientation.
• Own vehicle.
