Production Operator

• 👷♂️ At least 2 years of work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• ⏰ Responsible, punctual, and proactive person.

• 🛡️ A mindset towards a culture of safety and quality within the company.

• 💻 Good handling of digital tools.

• 🔍 Having experience in the glass and/or aluminum sector, especially having worked with CNC machinery, is highly valued.

• 📍 Residence near the workplace is valued.

Your duties, as a Production Operator, within the department team will be, mainly, the following:

• ✅ Perform production tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.

• ⭐ Guarantee high-quality results during the work phase itself.

• 🦺 Follow and apply established safety practices and instructions.

• ⚙️ Understand and apply the key aspects of the job: safety, quality, and efficiency.

• 🧹 Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in the work area.

• 💡 Identify and communicate deviations, risks, and ideas for improvement.

• 📈 Contribute to continuous improvement within the work area itself.

• 📅 Full working day from Monday to Friday.

• 🔄 Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon and, in the future, night.
