Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Specific training: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 regulations, Control Methods, HACCP and Quality Management, Certification in IFS and BRC regulations.
2 years of experience in the position.

Nice to have

Training in Food Defense, Animal Welfare, and Food Fraud.
Halal training.

The role

Currently, we are opening an internal selection process to incorporate a QUALITY TECHNICIAN for our workplaces located in Córdoba. If you are looking for a new professional challenge and consider that your experience and knowledge may fit this position, we encourage you to participate.

What you'll do

Management of custody and application of seals for export.
Evaluation of SAE product and release of batches.
Stop production due to non-compliance with Quality or Food Safety regulations.
Monitor compliance with the autocontrol system established in the plant.
Monitor compliance with animal welfare regulations.
Monitor the execution of cleaning and disinfection of the facilities.
Monitor compliance with the measures established for FOOD DEFENSE and HACCP.
Train personnel in food safety matters.
Control the proper functioning of the production process through established sampling systems. Coordinate sample collection with the laboratory.
Analyze and record customer complaints. Respond to the customer.
Analysis of products pending evaluation and decision-making regarding them.
Monitoring of CCP1 "rapid carcass chilling" and "rapid offal chilling".
In case of Emergency, you will carry out actions aimed at ensuring the evacuation of the facilities, under the instructions of the emergency chief.
