The role

Campus Farm

Campus Farm is the program of the Vall Companys Group, an agri-food leader founded in 1956, created to boost the training and professional development of its associated farmers and their work teams. Joined to the Group through an integration contract, the livestock farmers in more than 2,000 farms spread throughout the territory are the first step of an integral production system with marked verticalization and traceability, through a productive and commercial process that covers all phases from the origin.

With the creation of the Job Board, Campus Farm aims to help build the human team in the farms that require it.

The Campus Farm job board:

Offers vacancies for managers, assistant managers, operators, controllers, and management technicians.
Offers the possibility of working in different Autonomous Communities
Offers the possibility of working in the different areas of pig farming (sows, weaning-isoweans, fattening) and poultry.
