Their main duties will be:
- Prepare technical and economic offers for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, civil works, and other specialty installations, for both public tenders and private clients.
- Carry out the analysis and review of projects, technical feasibility, proposals for improvements and technical variants, verification of measurements, etc.
- Carry out the detailed analysis of tender specifications for the submission of offers.
- Draft technical reports, execution schedules, and other necessary documentation for public and private tenders.
- Develop the design and calculation of installations based on site visits or client requirements, including the preparation of measurements and diagrams necessary for the submission of offers.
- Request quotes from manufacturers and subcontractors, review them, and prepare technical-economic comparisons.
- Monitor the status of the submitted offers.
- Provide technical advice and support to maintenance contract managers and site personnel.
- Perform technical visits and data collection for installations.
