Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in roles dedicated to Administrative Law.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (or Degree + Master's in Law)
- Current registration with the nursing association.
The role
- Advising on Public Law matters with special dedication to contracts, energy law, recycling and waste recovery, and public procurement.
- Management of contentious-administrative processes.
- Legal advice to all areas of the company.
- Drafting all types of appeals against resolutions from public bodies, according to instructions from Management.
- Attending to, handling, and following up on complaints and claims related to the activities under their charge.

- Ability to work in a team and proactivity.
- Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and autonomy.
