Requirements

What we're looking for

- Serious person willing to work and contribute their value to the company.
- Knowledge and experience in ethernet and wifi networks, configuration of routers and gateways are highly valued.
- Experience in maintenance of photovoltaic plants (in the tasks described for the position).

Nice to have

Other requirements that will be valued but are not essential:

- Experience with ingeteam or siel inverters.
- Experience in other sectors performing electrical maintenance / networks / communications tasks in general.
- Experience in MV operations for photovoltaic plants and maintenance of transformer centers for photovoltaic plants.

The role

Veolia Solar is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician for solar plants, to carry out maintenance of solar plants awarded in the provinces of Murcia, providing support at plants located in the provinces of Albacete and Murcia when necessary. Occasionally, support will also be required for the new projects department, carrying out work throughout the national territory.

What you'll do

Main duties:

- Perform all types of preventive maintenance at the plants: Inspection of modules, structure, performance of tests (IV curves, insulation, thermography, etc.), maintenance of transformer centers of photovoltaic plants.
- Troubleshooting faults (modules, module strings, DC and AC boxes, LV meters, communication faults (in the plant's internal network, in the inverter-meter communication system)).
- Computer network knowledge and basic commands for managing/configuring equipment such as routers/gateways/moxa, etc. are essential.
- Land maintenance tasks will also be carried out (clearing, etc.).
