Maintenance and Instrumentation Manager

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in electronics, or a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in specific leadership roles and coordination of maintenance teams and technical services in the fields of instrumentation or process control.

- Advanced knowledge of analytical instrumentation, particularly related to maintenance and repair operations.

- Advanced administration of digital workforce planning tools.

- Minimum English level of B1 or equivalent.

- Degree in Electronic Engineering. Technical Engineering in the electronics field.

- Experience in performing tasks and work under regulatory standards

Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally recognized company in the comprehensive management of air quality networks and automated systems for monitoring emissions and pollutant parameters, is seeking to hire a person for its delegation in Asturias to take on the role of Maintenance and Instrumentation Team Manager for its Automated Measurement Systems Department.

In collaboration with the Department Director and in coordination with the IoT department, the role involves coordinating the delegation's maintenance technician team to ensure the correct and efficient execution of projects and the maintenance portfolio of Envira Sostenible S.A. Additionally, the role involves managing the daily activities of the technical service staff under their supervision, ensuring proper diagnosis and resolution of incidents in automated measurement systems as required.

The role will be responsible for and serve as the sole point of contact between the Maintenance Team and the other departments and areas of Envira, with particular focus on the Project Managers of the delegation.

- In conjunction with the Department Director and the Project Manager, assign and coordinate human and technical resources to ensure the execution of projects involving Envira Sostenible S.A. meets quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

- Lead the technical teams on each project, understanding their tasks and the needs of the various projects.

- Manage the quality of the assets under maintenance, prioritizing preventive, corrective, and consumable-related actions.

- Provide technical guidance to the staff under their supervision and participate in the most critical tasks associated with the Maintenance Team when required.

- Ensure that the quality, procedures, and work ethics of the staff under their supervision comply with the standards established by the Systems Department and Envira Sostenible S.A.

- Implement and improve the use of all digital tools aimed at the continuous improvement of productivity at Envira Sostenible S.A.

- Propose, implement, and execute performance evaluation plans for the staff under their supervision, taking the necessary preventive and corrective measures to achieve immediate and strategic objectives in coordination with Management.

- Propose and implement continuous training systems according to the needs of Envira Sostenible S.A.

- In situations of conflict of interest or absence of instructions, assume leadership of the Maintenance Team in accordance with Company priorities.
