The role

We are looking for an Engineer to provide support in the management of facility maintenance services in Las Palmas.

What you'll do

Provide support to the Manager in service planning, planning the work to be carried out and resolving any incidents that may arise during execution.
Prepare internal or external reports on the evolution of the service established by the company or requested by the client.
Attend to and respond to the needs, requests, or incidents demanded by their client, informing their superior when necessary.
Implement and review compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, Environment, and Energy, collaborating in related audits.
Propose and plan the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their charge, reviewing or reporting payroll incidents when necessary.
Provide support to their superior during the monthly economic pre-closing, providing relevant information that must be taken into account for the analysis of deviations and decision-making.
Propose technical, operational, and economic (cost reduction) solutions and improvements that contribute to improving the efficiency of the contract.
Carry out decentralized purchases within their management scope or participate in the process, requesting quotes from suppliers, identifying that materials meet the needs, proposing the best offer, and reviewing the corresponding orders and invoices in accordance with corporate procedures and IT tools.
Collaborating with the contracting area in preparing bids to contribute with their knowledge and experience to the awarding of new contracts for the company.
