About the role

Within the Santalucía Contracting Department and reporting to the corresponding manager, the mission is to ensure, through data, the comprehensive control of operations related to subscriptions, policy management, receipts, non-payment, and collection methods; and to lead and co-lead projects related to operational information management.

What you'll do

  • Conduct root cause analyses on friction points (issuance, collection, receipt returns, contracting).
  • Measure the impact of actions (e.g., new non-payment logic, reminders, changes in collection methods).
  • Prepare executive reports and data narratives (storytelling) oriented toward decision-making.
  • Lead communication with third parties regarding information on policies or receipts.
  • Build and automate control and SLA/KPI indicators by process/channel/system (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Implement early warnings.
  • Design and create dashboards for self-service (Power BI) and reusable templates.
  • Document and train the business on responsible data use and KPI reading.
  • Participate in projects related to operational data management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within the department.
  • Maintain and evolve existing services.
  • Propose new KPIs, data sources, and analyses to gain a better understanding of operations.
  • Propose improvement roadmaps with impact assessments.

Education & certifications

  • Bachelor's or university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics.
