Business Analyst – Business Control

Securitas Direct is now Verisure, also in Spain.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Control team within the Commercial Sales Planning Department.

You will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the main KPIs of commercial efficiency, driving decision-making by generating business insights and participating in the definition, measurement, and monitoring of strategic commercial initiatives.

• Experience in commercial or sales environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Automate, or other analytical tools.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Analyst or similar positions.
• Experience working with business KPIs and commercial activity.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, and macros).
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile.

• Monitoring and analysis of commercial activity.
• Monitoring of performance, conversion, and efficiency KPIs.
• Trend analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Preparation of budgets and commercial results forecasts.
• Preparation of reports and executive presentations for management.
• Participation in the definition, measurement, and monitoring of commercial initiatives.
• Liaising with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making.

Buscamos un/a Analista de Negocio para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Business Control dentro de la Dirección de Planificación Comercial Ventas.

Será responsable del análisis y seguimiento de los principales KPIs de actividad y eficiencia comercial, impulsando la toma de decisiones mediante la generación de insights de negocio y participando en la definición, medición y seguimiento de iniciativas comerciales estratégicas.

Trabajarás en un entorno multidisciplinar, donde la colaboración, el buen ambiente y el foco en las personas forman parte de nuestros principales pilares de trabajo.

• Experiencia en entornos comerciales o de ventas.
• Conocimientos de SQL, Python, Power Automate u otras herramientas analíticas.
• Nivel medio-alto de inglés.

• Experiencia de al menos 3-5 años en posiciones de Business Analyst o similares.
• Experiencia trabajando con KPIs de negocio y actividad comercial.
• Graduado/a en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y macros).
• Experiencia con Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos.
• Capacidad para interpretar datos y transformarlos en recomendaciones de negocio.
• Habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con distintos stakeholders.
• Perfil proactivo, analítico y orientado a resultados.

• Seguimiento y análisis de la actividad comercial.
• Monitorización de KPIs de rendimiento, conversión y eficiencia.
• Análisis de tendencias y detección de oportunidades de mejora.
• Elaboración de presupuestos y forecast de resultados comerciales.
• Preparación de informes y presentaciones ejecutivas para Dirección.
• Participación en la definición, medición y seguimiento de iniciativas comerciales.
• Interlocución con equipos comerciales y operativos para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
