The role

A renowned financial entity is looking to incorporate a Business Product Senior Analyst within our Investment Solutions division, joining the Advisory Services team.

In this position, you will assume a fundamental role in the management, supervision, and maintenance of the entity's investment products and services catalog. You will work in a high-technical-demand environment where you will participate directly in the execution of key operational controls, support for the commercial network, and the deployment of the regulatory adequacy and remediation framework before market supervisors.

What you'll do

Product management and material: Prepare, update, and maintain technical and support documentation regarding the investment products that make up the commercial offering.
Catalog operational coordination: Collaborate closely with the Operations department throughout the product lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, profiling, categorization, and operational parameterization).
Control, monitoring, and remediation: Execute periodic controls, manage the remediation of incidents, and prepare continuous monitoring reporting for area committees and managers.
Process analysis and optimization: Analyze and document internal operational circuits and control procedures, proposing automation paths for recurring tasks.
Commercial and regulatory documentation: Participate in the drafting and review of pre-contractual and commercial documentation linked to investment services and their catalogs.
Support to the distribution network: Manage and resolve incidents, technical doubts, and operational or commercial exceptions raised by the network when contracting investment instruments.

Requirements

Academic qualification: University Degree or Licentiate in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.

Previous experience: Previous professional experience in the financial sector, banking, or investment services consulting (no minimum number of years required).

Technical skills

Solid understanding of financial instruments (fixed income, equities, investment funds, derivatives) and advisory services.

Familiarity with the securities market regulatory framework (CNMV and MiFID II regulatory environment).

Advanced level in office tools (especially Excel).

Benefits and conditions

Temporary contract: 6 months

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 h (with a 2-hour lunch break).

Salary: €27,500 gross per year

Location: Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid
