The role
What you'll do
- Keep the hotel's facilities in perfect condition so that everything works as it should. 💡🚿
- Carry out tests to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Monitor electricity, gas, and water consumption, and detect leaks or losses. ⚡💧
- Report the condition of the facilities to the maintenance team and management.
- Install and maintain devices for the hotel's production and services.
- Care for and maintain all facilities and assets.
- Record all preventive and corrective actions on a daily basis.
- Resolve technical issues affecting both customers and the team.
- Support activities with external companies and provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
- Control materials and spare parts, and propose improvements in processes.
- Offer warm and professional treatment to everyone who interacts with maintenance.
- Comply with the Environmental Management System to preserve our surroundings. 🌍
