What you'll do
What will your duties be?
Management of Customer Interactions through any inbound and outbound channel, whether direct or indirect.
Telephone and digital media customer service, including emails, chat, WhatsApp, and any other channel the company makes available to the customer, both inbound and outbound.
- Carrying out Service Sales Campaigns.
Management and resolution of operations related to the customer.
- Performing cross-selling.
