Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years of experience in similar profiles.
- Proficient use of advanced social management and listening platforms (Emplifi, Sprinklr, or equivalents).
- Ability to generate high-quality audiovisual content with a mobile phone during live coverage and fluency in quick image and video editing for adjustments or simple formats (Canva, Adobe suite, EDITS, or other mobile editing apps).
- Proficiency in management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or similar.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Interest in and practical use of AI tools applied to workflow optimization, project management, or occasional support in visual resource generation.
- Great proficiency and autonomy in direct communication with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- High level of English is indispensable.
- Availability to travel throughout Spain and within Europe, as well as schedule flexibility linked to attendance and coverage of events and fairs.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in digital agencies or creative environments.
- Experience working in international environments, managing accounts with remote teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Affinity or previous experience in technical or B2B sectors: automotive, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, transport, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.

The role
At We Are Social Madrid, we are looking for a Social Media Manager profile with previous experience designing and executing Social strategies in organic and paid environments.

What you'll do
- Conceptualization and planning of the content calendar (approach, copy, formats, and narratives), collaborating side by side with the Art and Design team to bring the pieces to life.
- Publishing, active monitoring, and community management, interacting with users and responding in alignment with the tone of voice of each project.
- Daily and close contact with clients and the internal team for receiving briefs, presenting proposals, periodic status meetings, and integral follow-up of deliverables.
- Attendance at events, congresses, and industry fairs to capture content in real time (mobile photography, agile videos, and micro-interviews).
- Active detection of new opportunities, emerging spaces, innovative formats, and opinion leaders to elevate the brand's presence.
- Close collaboration with the Research & Insights team in the preparation of monthly reports, providing qualitative readings of performance, key learnings, and proposals for improvement (formats, themes, posting rhythms, and workflows).
