What we're looking for

You have between 3 and 4 years of demonstrable experience orchestrating digital communities and executing social media strategies, whether from an agency or on the advertiser side.
You navigate with agility and an advanced level through native publishing, management, and analysis environments, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, X Pro, YouTube Studio, and Twitch.
You have proven experience in using monitoring, social listening, and advanced analytics tools (such as Brandwatch, Fanpage Karma, or similar) to ground every decision.
You stand out for being a rigorous, methodical, and decisive profile. You possess the mental agility to react and execute in real time to trends, combined with the assertiveness necessary to maintain fluid communication with the client.
You have a high level of English, with the fluency and confidence necessary to manage day-to-day operations, defend ideas, and present results.

Nice to have

You have previous experience managing sports accounts and/or sports media.
You have deep knowledge of fan culture and the community language on X and Twitch.
You have previous experience performing Community Management tasks in real time, especially during the broadcast of matches or live events.
You have used project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar.

The role

At We Are Social Madrid, we are looking for a Social Media Manager.

If you breathe strategy, understand that behind every interaction there is a data point, and have the vision to build long-term communities, this might be your next challenge!

What you'll do

You will be in charge of the distribution strategy and content management across the main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Twitch), ensuring a coherent brand narrative adapted to each format.
You will perform proactive Social Listening to identify real-time opportunities, captain the brand's response, and ensure it leads the conversation naturally.
You will maintain a constant pulse on brand perception, competitor movements, and industry trends to anticipate scenarios and its digital presence.
You will go far beyond simple data extraction. You will analyze key KPIs to draw actionable conclusions and support strategic recommendations hand-in-hand with the Research & Insights team.
You will work in sync with the Media team, ensuring that organic creation and amplification and paid media tactics feed into each other to maximize the reach and conversion of every campaign.
You will be the key operational contact in the day-to-day for quick decision-making, especially regarding the execution of reactive content.
