About the company & team

Wooptix is an innovative company in semiconductor wafer metrology that offers the fastest and most precise inline measurements, with the highest lateral resolution on the market. Thanks to the use of wavefront phase imaging (WFPI), a proprietary technique derived from research in adaptive optics, its systems measure the shape, uniformity, nanotopography, and roughness of the entire wafer in a single image. It is currently deploying solutions across various clients in Asia, Europe, and North America.

In addition to its resistance to vibrations and its ability to adapt to user needs, these systems are highly valuable for measuring the shape and nanotopography of the wafer in a single capture.

We design and develop disruptive metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry, offering unprecedented resolution and precision with the highest throughput (throughput) in the sector.
