  • Define processes for standardizing and unifying the company's way of working.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic) or a related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience leading industrial maintenance.

  • Expert knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Valid driving license (B).

Nice to have

What you'll get

  • 23 working days of vacation + 2 company holidays (December 24 and 31).

  • Competitive salary range.

  • Be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a startup spirit, where collaboration, innovation, and professional development are part of everyday life. You will be surrounded by highly qualified professionals in a dynamic and motivating environment, with multiple growth opportunities.

  • Flexible schedule to support work-life balance: you can start your day between 7:00 and 10:00 and finish between 16:00 and 19:00. Additionally, we enjoy a condensed workday every Friday and during the summer months (July and August).

About the company & team

Wooptix is an innovative company in semiconductor wafer metrology that offers the fastest and most precise inline measurements, with the highest lateral resolution on the market. Thanks to the use of wavefront phase imaging (WFPI), a proprietary technique derived from research in adaptive optics, its systems measure the shape, uniformity, nanotopography, and roughness of the entire wafer in a single image. It is currently deploying solutions across various clients in Asia, Europe, and North America.

In addition to its resistance to vibrations and its ability to adapt to user needs, these systems are highly valuable for measuring the shape and nanotopography of the wafer in a single capture.
