What you'll do

This is a summary of what you will do:

  • Manage the maintenance of our spaces.
  • Meet planned and reactive maintenance requirements in line with any service level agreement (such as repairs); carry out first-line maintenance and assist specialized contractors when necessary.
  • Complete manual tasks, support waste management, decoration, and small-scale repairs, maintain grounds, and assist the residence team in delivering any other required maintenance services.
  • Carry out regular health and safety checks of the protection plan, including those related to fire safety and risk assessments, and legionella testing.
  • Ensure the safety of our spaces 24 hours a day and keep an up-to-date record of all events and incidents.
  • Support our team of Yugoers. Helping with key tasks during the summer transition period, the summer business, or ensuring the building is ready for new student registrations.
  • Support customer service and man the reception desk when necessary.
