Our Maintenance Technicians ensure that Students live their best lives by maintaining
our spaces in the best possible condition, inside and out.
What you'll do
1. Maintenance of our spaces
a. Ensuring exceptional service for our community.
b. Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, managing basic daily needs and supporting
external companies in their tasks.
c. Management of product and equipment stock and management of maintenance-related budgets.
Notify the Manager when items need to be replenished.
d. Performing repairs in rooms and common areas.
e. Contacting and monitoring the work of external companies, providing feedback to the Manager.
f. Development of small improvement Projects and/or small auxiliary works.
2. Health and Safety
a. Carrying out periodic health and safety checks, alarms and legionella testing.
b. Maintaining security 24 hours a day.
c. Keeping the incident log updated.
d. Providing updates to colleagues regarding completed works and incidents.
e. Checking the CCTV System and reporting irregularities to the Manager.
3. Support to the Yugoers team
a. Ensuring that the building has an excellent appearance.
b. Keeping their work tool (Elogbook) updated
c. Preparing the building during the summer for the next academic year.
d. Assisting with Student parcels.
e. Attending the reception desk when requested by management.

Experience and Knowledge
Essential:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in managing technical reports.

e. Resilience and adaptability, with great awareness of cultural diversity.
f. Knowledge or training in prevention/safety.
g. Qualification and/or willingness to undergo Carbon Literacy training.

a. Relevant trade (carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc.)
