What we're looking for

Studies in marketing, communication, and/or advertising.
More than 3 years of previous experience with lifestyle or luxury brands, and in project management. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
High level of Spanish and English (Catalan and other languages will be valued).
Genuine interest in the hospitality sector.
Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented person. Attention to detail and team spirit.

The role

At Yurbban Hospitality Group, we are looking to welcome a new person to our Marketing team. We are looking for a profile that combines strategic vision and creativity to drive our brands in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, San Sebastián, and Miami.

Your day-to-day will combine content, campaigns, and storytelling to give personality to our brands and connect with our guests through different channels.

What you'll do

Coordinate the operational marketing of the different group brands, both in daily operations and for new openings.
Generate and select interesting content for the various brands and their main audiences across owned and third-party media.
360º management of our brands' presence on social media.
Establish relationships with content creators, influencers, and collaborating companies.
Coordinate activations with similar brands that share audiences and values, supporting the team in their development.
Analyze metrics, monitor departmental KPIs, and prepare reports.
Coordinate the work of external providers (budgets, execution monitoring, delivery deadlines, etc.).
Create materials, signage, and labeling for the establishments.
Design the calendar of events and activities for the establishments, and provide support to the team in their execution.
Plan and coordinate photo shoots in the establishments.
Continuously research trends in the hotel and gastronomic sectors, as well as cultural news in the cities where we operate.
