We are currently looking to bring on a Hotel Housekeeping Manager who wants to take on a key role within the team and lead our housekeeping department.

The current department manager will retire next October, and we want the handover to go as smoothly as possible. For this reason, the person joining will have a period of accompaniment, training, and handover alongside the current housekeeper, allowing them to learn firsthand how the hotel, the team, and the work standards operate before fully taking on the role.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for ensuring that rooms and common areas always meet the standard of experience we want to offer our guests.

To do so, you will lead and support the housekeeping team, organize daily operations, and work in close coordination with the rest of the hotel's departments.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise the housekeeping team.
  • Plan the cleaning and preparation of rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hotel.
  • Organize shifts and assign team tasks based on occupancy and operational needs.
  • Supervise rooms and spaces to ensure everything is prepared before guests arrive.
  • Manage and control stock of linens, amenities, and cleaning products.
  • Place orders and keep the department's inventory up to date.
