We are currently looking to bring on a Hotel Housekeeping Manager who wants to take on a key role within the team and lead our housekeeping department.

The current department manager will retire next October, and we want the handover to go as smoothly as possible. For this reason, the person joining will have a period of accompaniment, training, and handover alongside the current housekeeper, allowing them to learn firsthand how the hotel, the team, and the work standards operate before fully taking on the role.

You will be responsible for ensuring that rooms and common areas always meet the standard of experience we want to offer our guests.

To do so, you will lead and support the housekeeping team, organize daily operations, and work in close coordination with the rest of the hotel's departments.

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Plan the cleaning and preparation of rooms and common areas.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the hotel.
• Organize shifts and assign team tasks based on occupancy and operational needs.
• Supervise rooms and spaces to ensure everything is prepared before guests arrive.
• Manage and control stock of linens, amenities, and cleaning products.
• Place orders and keep the department's inventory up to date.
• Coordinate daily with Reception and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Detect, communicate, and follow up on issues until they are resolved.
• Train, support, and motivate the team, fostering an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented way of working.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper, Assistant Head Housekeeper, or Floor Supervisor, preferably in hotels.
• Experience managing and organizing teams.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, hygiene, and housekeeping department operations.
• A methodical, organized, and detail-oriented way of working.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments.
• Autonomy and initiative to resolve day-to-day situations.
• Clear focus on quality and guest experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of hotel operations.
• Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish will be valued, as well as basic knowledge of English.

¿Te gustaría liderar el departamento de pisos de un hotel con historia, personalidad y un entorno difícil de igualar?

Hotel Terradets, ubicado en Cellers, en pleno Pallars Jussà y junto al lago de Terradets, es un proyecto hotelero familiar que ha mantenido generación tras generación una manera de entender la hospitalidad basada en la cercanía, el cuidado de los detalles y la conexión con el territorio.

Un hotel rodeado de naturaleza donde conviven alojamiento, gastronomía de proximidad, piscina y terraza, actividades deportivas y experiencias vinculadas al entorno. Un lugar pensado para que quienes nos visitan puedan parar, desconectar y descubrir todo lo que ofrece el Pallars.

Ahora buscamos incorporar a una Gobernanta de Hotel que quiera asumir un papel clave dentro del equipo y liderar nuestro departamento de pisos.

La actual responsable del departamento se jubilará el próximo mes de octubre y queremos que su relevo se produzca de la mejor manera posible. Por eso, la persona que se incorpore contará con un periodo de acompañamiento, formación y traspaso junto a la actual gobernanta, pudiendo conocer de primera mano el funcionamiento del hotel, el equipo y los estándares de trabajo antes de asumir completamente la posición.

Serás la persona responsable de garantizar que habitaciones y espacios comunes estén siempre a la altura de la experiencia que queremos ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes.

Para ello, liderarás y acompañarás al equipo de pisos, organizarás la operativa diaria y trabajarás de forma muy coordinada con el resto de departamentos del hotel.

• Organizar, coordinar y supervisar al equipo de pisos.
• Planificar la limpieza y puesta a punto de las habitaciones y zonas comunes.
• Garantizar los estándares de calidad, orden, limpieza e higiene del hotel.
• Organizar los turnos y distribuir las tareas del equipo en función de la ocupación y las necesidades operativas.
• Supervisar habitaciones y espacios para asegurar que todo esté preparado antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.
• Gestionar y controlar los stocks de ropa, amenities y productos de limpieza.
• Realizar pedidos y mantener actualizado el inventario del departamento.
• Coordinarte diariamente con Recepción y Mantenimiento para asegurar una operativa fluida.
• Detectar, comunicar y hacer seguimiento de incidencias hasta su resolución.
• Formar, acompañar y motivar al equipo, fomentando una forma de trabajar organizada, colaborativa y orientada al detalle.
• Proponer mejoras que nos ayuden a seguir elevando la calidad y eficiencia del departamento.

Buscamos a una persona que disfrute liderando equipos y que entienda que detrás de una habitación impecable hay mucha organización, coordinación y atención al detalle.

Nos gustaría que contaras con:

• Experiencia previa como Gobernanta, Subgobernanta o Responsable de Pisos, preferiblemente en hoteles.
• Experiencia gestionando y organizando equipos.
• Capacidad de planificación y priorización de tareas.
• Conocimiento de protocolos de limpieza, higiene y funcionamiento del departamento de pisos.
• Una forma de trabajar metódica, organizada y orientada al detalle.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para coordinarte con diferentes departamentos.
• Autonomía e iniciativa para resolver las situaciones del día a día.
• Clara orientación hacia la calidad y la experiencia del huésped.
• Flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación a las necesidades de la operativa hotelera.
• Se valorará el dominio de catalán y castellano, así como conocimientos básicos de inglés.
