The role
Would you like to lead the dining experience of a hotel with personality, history, and a unique setting?
Hotel Terradets, located in Cellers, in the heart of Pallars Jussà and next to the Terradets lake, is a family hotel project deeply connected to the territory, where hospitality, gastronomy, and attention to detail are part of our way of doing things.
Our restaurant is a fundamental part of the hotel experience. We work with a gastronomic proposal linked to the environment, and we want every service to combine quality, closeness, organization, and an attention to detail that makes our customers want to return.
For this reason, we are looking to bring on board a Maître who wants to assume a key role within the team, leading the daily dining operations and actively contributing to the continued growth of our proposal.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being present in the dining room, supporting their team, and ensuring that behind every good service there is an organized, agile, and careful operation.
What you'll do
With the support of the Assistant Management, you will be the person responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the dining services, ensuring that each service runs in an organized manner, that the team has the necessary resources, and that our customers receive excellent service.
You will have a global vision of the dining room: from team planning to the customer experience, including coordination with the Kitchen, stock management, and continuous improvement of operations.
- Lead and supervise daily dining operations, guaranteeing the correct development of each service.
- Organize, support, and motivate the dining room team, fostering an environment based on collaboration, responsibility, and learning.
- Plan tasks, schedules, and staff shifts, adapting resources to the needs of each service.
- Be present in the dining room and guarantee compliance with Hotel Terradets' service and customer care standards.
- Anticipate customer needs, handle potential incidents, and ensure a close and high-quality experience.
- Coordinate constantly with the Kitchen, Reception, Assistant Management, and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
- Supervise the correct preparation and organization of spaces before, during, and after each service.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage orders and anticipate product, material, and equipment needs.
- Perform monitoring and control of the department's stocks and inventories.
- Train the team and help develop a homogeneous, organized, and customer-oriented way of working.
- Detect opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes, organization, and service quality.
- Participate alongside the Assistant Management in the development of new projects and gastronomic proposals.
Beyond experience, we are looking for a way of leading
We want to bring on board someone who is in the dining room, who knows their team, who is involved in the operations, and who knows how to lead by example.
A person demanding of quality but close to people, capable of staying calm when service gets busy, anticipating problems, and ensuring the team works together toward a single goal.
If you are motivated to take responsibility for a dining area, contribute your experience, and participate actively in the gastronomic evolution of Hotel Terradets, we would love to meet you.
